Owned and operated by Lisa and Don Schaefer,2Schae Café opened its doors on September 17th, celebrating its grand opening on the 20th. Located at 275 Union Blvd. on the corner of Pershing Ave. with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Every Saturday and Sunday, we celebrate the arrival of the weekend by adding a familiar meal to our breakfast menu... pancakes! Our `cakes are served with your choice of bacon or sausage and the option to add fresh strawberries and blueberries and/or whipped cream! We have all of your favorite flavors including original, apple, banana, cinnamon, blueberry, chocolate chip, pecan,and vanilla and enjoy customizing our recipe to suit your tastes.
